Prestige Kitchens 10-Step Furniture Finish
A higher level of catalyzed coating for one of the finest wood finishes available! This formulation includes the dual combination of clear resin chemistry and ultraviolet screen inhibitors, providing a custom finish that extends the original color and clarity, while standing up to the stress of everyday wear in the kitchen and bath.

STEP 1
Prestige Kitchens selects only the finest wood. Select or better grades.

STEP 2
All surfaces are progressively sanded smooth starting with #120 grit sandpaper and finishing with #180 grit sandpaper.

STEP 3
A deep penetrating stain is hand-applied to reveal the hidden beauty of the grain.

STEP 4
All stain surfaces are then evenly hand- rubbed and wiped clean of excess stain.

STEP 5
Our specially formulated hi-solids wood sealer is pressure applied, penetrating all exposed wood surfaces for uniform protection.

STEP 6
All surfaces are again hand-sanded, providing a smooth, consistent surface to accept topcoat.

STEP 7
Environmentally safe catalyzed topcoat, specially formulated to include the dual combination of clear resin chemistry and ultraviolet screen inhibitors, is applied. This custom finish provides maximum resistance to scuffing, dents, moisture, UV fade and household chemicals or agents.

STEP 8
All surfaces are again hand-sanded, providing a smooth, consistent surface to accept topcoat.

STEP 9
The final topcoat, specially formulated to include the dual combination of clear resin chemistry and ultraviolet screen inhibitors, is applied. The furniture finish is then allowed to dry and fully cure. The final product is an exquisite finish to rival fine furniture

STEP 10

The final finish is inspected for any flaws before assemble and shipping.
