How long does it take to manufacture my cabinets after I place my order?

Your cabinets are important to us and as the saying goes "You can't rush quality!" Average production time is 4 to 6 weeks after our receipt of your order. Typical installation is 1-2 days, this means you will have your cabinetry within 4 1/2 -6 1/2 weeks. For specific delivery information, please inquire with us. Ask US

Can I order a price list?

Prestige Kitchens will provide a completely Free Estimate for whatever your needs. This eliminates any pricing errors that may occur due to the complexity of materials, finished, doors styles, etc. Pricing can also vary for currency and shipping location. Please don't hesitate to contact us with your request.

Can I get touch-up materials for my cabinetry?

Absolutely, these items are all available with your order of cabinetry. If you accidentally forgot to place this with your order, contact us with your original order or invoice number and we will immediately ship the proper supplies. Be sure to include your shipping address! Ask US

When will my order be completed?

To inquire into the status of your order, please contact us with your order number if you have it. We can tell you when your order will be completed and shipped. Ask US

What is our Warranty?

Prestige Kitchens limited warranty warrants our cabinetry to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal residential usage to the original purchaser for 5 years of the product. (Unfinished cabinetry is not warranted.)  To obtain assistance with a warranty issue, call 1-902-566-2706.  Please have your invoice number ready when you call.
