Prestige Kitchens 

Limited Warranty

Prestige Kitchens Limited warrants to the original purchaser that our cabinets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of delivery to the consumer purchaser.

If any fault should be found in Prestige Kitchens Limited product's within the warranty period Prestige Kitchens Limited will repair or replace, at Prestige Kitchens Limited sole option, any defective materials at no charge.

This warranty is effective January 1st, 2000 and applies only to the original purchaser of Prestige Kitchens Limited cabinetry.

This warranty does not apply to cabinets which are abused, misused, neglected or have been modified in any way by the buyer. The warranty shall not apply to improper installation or maintenance. The warranty will not apply to any defects to the surface caused by normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover any costs of removal, transportation, or installation of the defective material. Components not manufactured by Prestige Kitchens Limited will carry the warranty of the original manufacturer.

The following will void warranty
  1. Over rotating of doors
  2. Any accessories that are attached to doors (installed by Prestige Kitchens or customers) will waive warranty on that door.
  3. Electric or hot water baseboard heater placed in toe-kick space will void warranty.
  4. PVC Doors near range
  5. On finish, if product is cleaned with any household cleaners other than mild soap and water or vinegar and water.
  6. Any form of water damage
  7. Doors over 40" tall will not be warranted for warpage.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IS FURTHER LIMITED TO ANY IMPLED OR REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE PARTS OR MATERIAL ONLY. LABOR CHARGES OR DAMAGES THEREWITH ARE EXCLUDED AND WILL NOT BE PAID BY PRESTIGE KITCHENS LIMITED.

*Product ordered unfinished is not covered by this warranty.
